Below, we will inform you about data processing on our website (1.) and about your rights as a data subject (2.).
Insofar as the term “data” is used in the text, only personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is meant.
When using the website, the browser used on your device sends certain information to the server of our website for technical reasons. This data is stored and processed on our server.
We process the following data for the purpose of providing the website content you have accessed, ensuring the security of the IT infrastructure used and for troubleshooting.
The processed data is HTTP data. HTTP data is log data that is generated for technical reasons when the website is accessed via the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (Secure) (HTTP (S)). This includes in particular the IP address, type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system used, the page accessed, the previously visited page (referrer URL) and the date and time of retrieval. HTTP (S) data is also stored on service providers' servers, for example when retrieving third-party content.
The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in operating an Internet presence and exchanging information with communication partners in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
The data is automatically provided by the website visitor's browser.
Recipients of personal data are IT service providers used by us, insofar as this is necessary for the operation of the website.
IP addresses are anonymized after 24 hours at the latest. Pseudonymous usage data is deleted after six months in each case.
Without providing personal data, such as the IP address, it is not possible to use the website. Communication via the website without providing data is technically impossible.
If you submit a contact or interested party request to us via our website, in particular regarding rental or housing offers, we process your personal data to process your request and to communicate with you.
The processed data may include in particular the following information: name, e-mail address, telephone number, desired apartment, household size, income, information about pets, appointment preferences, type of employment, current address, parking preferences and information about how you became aware of us.
Further documents and information may also be processed, which you send to us by e-mail in connection with your enquiry or to prepare for a possible conclusion of a contract.
The processing is carried out for the purpose of processing your request, carrying out communication with interested parties, organizing appointments and, if necessary, preparing and establishing a contractual relationship.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, insofar as processing is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures or to initiate a contractual relationship, and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the efficient processing of inquiries, the structured management of contacts with interested parties and the proper organization of our communication and rental processes.
We use service providers for technical and organizational processing. The data submitted via the form is transferred to a Make.com webhook and from there fed into our Pipedrive CRM system. Further communication with prospects takes place via Pipedrive automations and Microsoft 365/Outlook.
If an appointment is offered later on, this can be made via a separate link via Calendly. In particular, name, e-mail address and telephone number are processed.
Recipients of personal data are in particular the service providers we use in the areas of automation, CRM, appointment booking and e-mail communication.
Processing of your data in countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out. This applies in particular to the services used by Make.com, Pipedrive, Calendly and Microsoft 365/Outlook. According to these providers, corresponding data transfers are made on the basis of appropriate guarantees, in particular on the basis of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission and, where applicable, certification in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The provision of the data marked as mandatory fields is necessary to process your request. Without this information, we are regularly unable to process your request or cannot process it completely. The provision of further data is voluntary.
In principle, we store your data until the processing of your request has been completed and delete it after two years at the latest, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary or the data is still necessary to establish, execute or process a contractual relationship. If you request an earlier deletion and there are no legal storage obligations or overriding legitimate reasons, the data will be deleted prematurely.

In particular, the following data can be processed: IP address, time settings, browser and device information, and mouse movements.

If data processing is based on your consent or as part of a contract, you have the right to transfer the data you have provided, provided that this does not affect the rights and freedoms of other persons.
If we process your data on the basis of a declaration of consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. The processing carried out before a revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
